Additional profile information may also be collected but will be strictly optional.

Please keep in mind that, although much of the information described above will not be viewable by other members, once you are registered your name, school affiliations and years associated with those affiliations will be displayed on the AlumniOnline.org Website and you will no longer be anonymous to us or to other individuals who access this Website. In addition, because this information is publicly displayed on this Website, it may be included in this Website’s “search” tools.

Your information will be stored securely and maintained for your classmates to browse based on the privacy options that you select in your profile. If you elect to allow users to contact you, they will have the option to email you using and online form, but will not be able to see your email address unless you reply to an email that is sent to you from our website. If you elect to allow reunion planners to use your information it will be made available to them for reunion planning purposes, such as creating mailing labels and sending bulk email.

We do not share information with any business partners but reunion planners will be provided access to names, email addresses, school attendance years and mailing address if so elect to provide that access.

Our servers keep track of non-personally identifiable information such as the IP address of a user’s computer, time of access and browser type. IP addresses are not associated with other information about a user, but only indicate general visitor navigation patterns. We do not use this information to track or analyze your usage of our website.

Reunion Planners

In order to use the reunion planner features on this website you must agree to respect users privacy and only contact users that have elected to provide access to their profile information and only for purposes strictly related to planning a class reunion. Violation of this policy will result in account removal and loss of any payment that has been made.

You can do the following at any time through your profile or by contacting us using our website contact form:
